Welcome to my page.

Let me introduce myself: My name is Mike Goullee, I have been working as a commercial pilot for the last +-10 years in South Africa, Namibia and Indonesia. You could say I prefer the bush flying type of life. I have about 3000 hrs under my belt (by no means a lot) and have flown mainly single engine aircraft. The latest being the Pilatus PC6.

I currently work for a company called Susi Air as its Chief Pilot and have been here for the last 4.5 years (as of writing this). The position I can say is quite a challenge, but I enjoy waking up every morning not really knowing how the day will turn out.

I have recently gone through medical issues which has caused me to lose my medical for the time being, but I will chat about that later in the Blog section of my site and give some information and maybe some recommendations on the topic.

I have set up this page to teach, motivate and give my opinions on anything and everything aviation. Please take whatever I say with a pinch of salt, as they are only my opinions.
